I bought the for myself around Thanksgiving and it’s not worked right yet... I have a IPhone 11 and all software is updated... looks like I’m going to return it due it won’t sync all day and it won’t stay connected to blue tooth... very frustrating and dissatisfied..

The best I can say is to use the fitbit help or search the iOS board.
It really would be helpful to include the phone model in the title.
