Hi,
I have just bought a new Versa 2 and I have an iPhone 11 running IOS13.3. I am following the instructions to charge the Versa, download the app and set up from there. Frustratingly, I have spent the last hour stuck at step 1 as the Versa 2 is not able to be discovered when searching in the app set up.
I have gone through numerous forums for answers, tried resetting every device, deleting and downloading the app again, tried searching on my partners phone with the same result. This is very frustrating and all in all a very poor start to my Fitbit experience.
Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this setup issue. I would like to know if you keep having this problem? If so, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.
