Spoke with Fitbit last night about my Versa not syncing notifications. They acknowledged a known problem currently with Fitbit not syncing notifications with the Samsung Galaxy 8 and 8 Plus phones. Tonight I saw a notice by Fitbit stating they have fixed the issue. Unfortunately, that is not the case tonight. I have rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled etc and still notifications are not syncing. Very disappointed in purchasing the brand new Versa that is having such issues. If not resolved immediately, I'm returning it and going with another product.
Best AnswerI'm having the same problem s8+ and I've not been able to sync since 1.30 yesterday afternoon. I have reinstalled the app to no avail. My other old fitbits are syncing just fine when i loaded them on but versa wont sync. Getting quite frustrated with this.
