I’ve had my Versa for about a month now and everything was fine until 2 weeks ago. It stopped syncing properly with the app, so I decided to delete the device from my app. It took me 3 days to be able to pair my device again, after deleting the app, turning Bluetooth on and off, turning my phone on and off, resetting my Versa..everything. It worked again for a few days then my sleep and workouts stopped syncing again, so I decided to delete the Versa off the app again. So now I’m back to square one as once again it’s been 2 days and I can’t pair it again. It finds the Versa but when I put the 4 digit code in, just keeps pending forever. Is anyone else having this problem? Does this mean my Versa is faulty? I’ve read the other posts on here and they just say to keep resetting the app/Versa/Bluetooth/phone, all of which I’ve already tried numerous times..
Best AnswerI bought my Versa June 11th and like you the first two weeks I had it the data was syncing fine when prompted. The last two weeks it stopped syncing. I followed the suggestions uninstall the app and reinstalled two times now. I am now a week behind on all my sleep data, exercise data, etc. "Timmy (the friendly dog)" lab app stopped working for a but too. But I was able to reinstall him and after walking for a day he came back. Any other suggestions?
Best AnswerMy versa also will not sync. This is extremely disturbing considering they're fairly new🤨 Not to mention the investment made to purchase this.. highly disappointed as it seems ive been having this issue with every fitbit (5) that i've ever had. I'm trying not to lose hope..

Not sure if you have seen the manual for directions.
It has really helped me with tips and tricks.

Best AnswerLooks like this is a common problem..after much deliberation I unfortunately decided to return my faulty Fitbit (having lost over a weeks worth of data) and have now bought an Apple Watch. Shame as I really liked Fitbit

@Skibroad wrote:My Versa is less than a month and is not syncing. Very frustrating.
Might be as easy as restarting your Versa and your phone or computer.

Best AnswerChad, try turning off your bluetooth function on your phone. Then reset both your phone and your versa. Then turn your bluetooth back on and try to reconnect. This is what customer service had me to do and ive been fine ever since. Hope this helps.

Best AnswerI have done everything you have both suggested multiple times it syncs once then it's done! 😑 its been fine for 3 months now it doesn't work it must be a software update issue!
