Versa not syncing properly with app.

This is occurring on the number of hours you met your steps. My Versa shows me meeting them, but the app does not show all of them. Example, today I have met so far seven of ten, the app showed seven of ten, but when I sync to show meeting the next hour, the seventh hour is showing as not met. Any suggestions? I have rebooted app and phone. All is up to date.

Hi @Cyndifr I understand that this is a known issue atm that they are working to fix.
