Versa not syncing sleep, activity time, active hours or HR

I have had my versa since the summer and it has been nothing but a headache! I have to reach out to customer service every 5-6 weeks about another issue. Now my versa hasn’t tracked my sleep, HR, activity or active minutes since 2/11. I’ve already performed all the suggested troubleshooting tips and tricks. Anyone else having this issue!?

For the last 2 days Fitbit not recording bpm or recording sleep.  No idea why! Help

It seems like a real problem. Almost every thread for Versa you can find something about this.

Fitbit, fix it please. Maybe latest firmware is the problem ?

Sorted - hold down bottom right button together with left hand button until logo appears- this resets watch.

My versa has not tracked sleep, active minutes, heart rate since Feb 8. I have restarted multiple times, even did a full factory reset, etc. For a few days, it would not hold a charge and die within 8-12 hours but that issues seems to be resolved. Given that so many others are experiencing the same the issue it must be something that will be fixed with an update, right? Or so I keep hoping....
