Versa not syncing sleep or workouts.

Got my Versa a few days ago and it’s been working fine tracking my exercise & sleep until this morning. No sleep & it didnt track my workout. For workouts I start “workout” on my Versa & then end it. It lists the workout on my Versa but not in the app. Tried the screen pull down to sync- no luck. Tried turning my

phone off & on - no luck. Tried a restart on my Versa by holding the left button and bottom right button until the icon appeared and then tried manually syncing - no luck. Shut off my Bluetooth & turned it back on & manually syncing - no luck. Help!

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention and for letting me know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. At this moment I would like to ask you to go to the Sleep Section and the Activities Section of the online Dashboard and check if your sleep and workouts are showing here. If this is the case, I would like to suggest you to do the following in the app:

 

  • Force-quit the app in your phone, then open it again. If this doesn't work:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. 

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Having the same issue for the last three days and followed all the same steps suggested.  Fitbit help!

My Versa has not been logging sleep for over a week now. I have tried force quitting the app, rebooting the watch, but nothing is working. This is now the second issue I'm having with my Versa, and I haven't even had it for 2 months. 

 

Is it time to fork over the extra bucks for an apple watch? Please fix! @MarcoGFitbit

I am experiencing something similar. My Versa tracks all exercises and data correctly and sends them to the app (IOS), but they don't stay on the Versa! For instance, I have registered an exercise this week, and it's correctly showing in the app, but not on the Versa when scrolling down. Also, I have adjusted my exercise target in the app to three exercises a week, yet my Versa is still showing the former target of five a week. I have tried to reboot both app and Versa, made sure that everything is running on the latest software, but nothing seems to fix the problem. Help, Fitbit!

I had to uninstall the Fitbit app from my phone, reinstall the app, and then...force a shutdown from my Versa.

 

To force shutdown from Versa, swipe right to get to settings > click About > scroll down and select shutdown. After you shutdown, hit the back button to restart. 

 

Simply shutting down down did not work! I had to reinstall the app on my phone first. Hope this helps someone else too!
