Versa not syncing steps to challenge

Very irritated. Upgraded to the versa and have had nothing but issues with it. I have 5000 steps in my dashboard and in my challenge I have 1000. Yes I know about time zone but that’s not the issue. It starts at 11 my time but I usually take it off before that when I go to bed. Really irritating. My other challenge that starts at midnight is right on track with my steps. I don’t manually log workouts. I’ve deleted the app, removed the versa and it’s still the same. Showing over 3500 less in my challenge. My heart rate monitor is always on even when I turn it off the light is always flashing. The only way to keep it off is by shutting it down. If I had known this was going to be a constant issue I would have stayed with the blaze.

@feliciaperez I do not think there's any issue with your tracker as it seems to be syncing data to the servers (and the data is synced back to your app after re-calculating) and the steps show in the other challenge your're participating. This seems to be an error on the Fitbit end/servers-challenges. I am afraid there's not much you can do. You can verify that all the data has synced by going to your Dashboard on Fitbit.com as it reflects the most current state of data on the servers.
