This happened before where my versa and my app say one thing but my challenge says another. I’ve synced multiples times and although my dashboard says “all synced” and matches what my versa has, looking at my challenge they are almost half of what I actually have. And it says updated “now.” I’ve restarted my phone and no luck. I haven’t reinstalled yet, but last time this happened it was a FitBit tech issue. Thoughts?
@MollyLK If you go to your Dashboard on Fitbit.com, does the step count correspond to what you see in your Fitbit mobile app? Fitbit.com represents the status of your data on Fitbit servers.
Best AnswerThey match, yes, but the issue is with the challenges not matching those numbers. Like I said, this happened before and was a bigger FitBit problem with steps not counting towards the challenge. It’s syncing now, but I am still 5,000 steps short in my weekly challenge as compared to what the dashboard and app say.
