Versa not syncing with Android device

So for months now by Fitbit hasn't received notifications, I saw it was a common issue and have patiently waited for it to be resolved.  Theres Been plenty of fixes for iPhones but I can't see any for Android (hauwei). 

When I swipe down on my device messages are there, but not buzz or light, obviously checked those settings. Restarted, re installed .... Please help as very frustrated now

I'm also having issues with my Versa syncing with my Android. I have a Pixel 3aXL running Android v10. I've had my Versa since the September and have had to re-pair it with my phone or even reset the Versa at least 5 times since then. I don't know why but it will NOT stay synced. I've gone through all the FAQ steps and tips but nothing will make it stick. How do I keep this thing working?

Gosh I know! So annoying. For the first few months mine would only sync with resets, now it just won't no batter what I do. I found a new "fix" ensuring the background app refresh hadn't been turned off, which it had. I crossed my fingers when I turned it back on but still nothing. Gutted as this is clearly an issue for many and not yet Resolved.

I also having issues with it not always connecting to my S10plus and not getting text messages to my watch.
