Versa not syncing with Pandora

I am beyond annoyed and ready to just return this Fitbit!

 

My Pandora does not sync with my Versa. I upgraded my Pandora, I have unlinked and linked my account, restarted my phone and Fitbit!  The message I get on my phone is Preparing music for download and my Versa says Updating Stations. You'll be able to play music after download is complete. Nothing happens, it stops syncing. Then I get a sync error!

 

Nothing is wrong with my WiFi or Bluetooth connection. There is something wrong with these apps installed on the watch! I have seen so many complaints and Fitbit has still not fixed this issue.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself, I am sorry to hear about the connection issues you are experiencing between Versa and Pandora. I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.

 

Also, if you can provide me with a screenshot of that error you are receiving would be great.

NOTHING works!!  I contacted customer service and they said they are having problems with Pandora and Fitbit syncing.  They are working on resolving the problem and said it could be a few hours or days!  From the look of it this has been going on for a while now.  So it may be a few weeks. This is so annoying.  I wish they would just tell everyone instead of having us try all these things that don't work.

At least they admitted to you they were having problems, they keep telling
me they are escalating my case to a “higher group” and they only
communicate by email. I wish these God-Like creatures would come down to
earth and fix our devices. I got this for Mother’s Day and it is really
said Fitbit has so much against us Mothers!

Mine won't sync either! Even exchanged my fit but to see if it was the issue! Also my weather app wont sync either! What a piece of junk this thing is! Seriously!!! I'm with you! About ready to just return it and get an apple watch! At least those work!

People are still having the issue with PANDORA when is this going to get fixed!!!  Instead of releasing a new fitbit watch work on the ones that are already on the market that have issues!  This is ridiculous!

Has this issue been resolved yet?? I seem to be able to only sync two stations. The thumbprint radio, and only 1 of my most played radio stations; however fitbit advertises that 3 of your most played station on Pandora will be synced... I was very disappointed to say the least, so I just decided to take the leap and download music from my computer, which by the way is such a painfully sloooowww process ugh. For now I have some songs that I can listen to since I downloaded them, but I would like to have Pandora working correctly so that I can have some versatility in my music!

I'm having the same problem. Actually, this is the second problem I have had with the Versa. The first one was that all of the sudden my android phone wasn't compatible with the Versa (it was for a couple of weeks, then it stopped working and when I looked it up the Fitbit website stated my phone wasn't compatible).

After month of waiting for the first problem to be resolved, now there's a new problem to deal with...

I know, I have been experiencing multiple problems with this including problems with the uber app as well. Seems like fitbit should have spent a little more time getting the kinks out of this one...

Any updates with this issue? My new versa wont connect neither does the Pandora app to the Fitbit app. Wont even open!!!

Unfortunately no. I even went and got a new versa and nothing. Sucks
because it's the whole reason j originally got the versa too.

This isn't working for me either I've been trying since I got the device in November and no fix. With every single user who purchased a device experiencing this issue it's got my wondering if they even have anyone developing apps/monitoring.

Well this really sucks, I was so excited about this.  Com on guys give us done functionality, I just want to skip songs at the gym without taking out my phone.
