Hello! 

 

I have just got my Fitbit Versa, and have been using Strava for some time. I have linked the Fitbit and Strava app together (I think) as the Fitbit app shows the run I have just been on, yet the actual Fitbit itself does not show the run. Instead when I open the Strava app on the Fitbit, it simply says 'No Recent Activity - record a run to see a list of your recorded activities here'. Anyone know what I have done wrong / how to fix it?

If you are not seeing your Strava information, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there. After these steps, test your accounts.
