Versa not syncing with galaxy s9

My versa has not been syncing and none of my notifications have been coming through since sunday.. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and I've checked my settings. I just tried to change my clock face and thats not working either. I dont know what else to do.

Have you rebooted your phone since then?

I'm starting to think their may be an issue, because I'm having the same problem. I unpaired Bluetooth and now my phone can't even find my versa. I've had my versa since Thursday, so I'm pretty unhappy. It's not even saying the correct time, its about 7 minutes off.
