I see there are alot of posts about the Versa not connecting to the Iphone 8. I've had a Fitbit support ticket and have done all of the trouble shooting steps that the Fitbit Support Department has advised me to do and still cannot connect my Versa and Iphone. Has anyone been able to connect the two and have all of their information sync? I'm starting the think the only way to fix this issue is to get an Apple watch.

@pamseiler Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't syncing with your iPhone 8. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device.
