Versa won't turn on

I charged it about 2 days ago and it was working fine, then yesterday I noticed it was off. I tried charging it. I've tried holding down various button combinations but none have worked. Please help, I really like this watch and haven't had any issues until now.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue. Please confirm these are the steps you followed in order to restart your watch:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
