Since the last firm ware update about a week ago, my Versa will not sync with my iPhone11. I have tried switching off Bluetooth, switching off phone, signing out of App and restoring factory settings for Versa. No difference. Seeing similar posts from other users but nothing that exactly matches my issue - suspect this is a firm ware created problem. Hugely unimpressed and frustrated by how difficult it is to get in contact with Fitbit - the virus excuse is wearing thin.

A few days ago my versa started dropping time. It was approx 40 minutes out. I hadn’t done the update. I tried to do this but it wasn’t staying connected to bluetooth. It constantly connects and reconnects. I did a soft reboot. This had no affect on my watch syncing. In the end I did a factory reset. It now won’t connect to WiFi and still won’t stay connect to Bluetooth. I’ve tried everything. I’m at the end of the line in suggestions. It alternates between displaying the Fitbit logo and the Fitbit logo with the message about downloading the app to set up the watch. 🤯🤯🤯🤯
