Versa not syncing with phone

well despite 2 days of talking to fitbit support my versa still wont sync and this is all because of latest update , so a versa which is less than 9mths old ( replacement for another versa ) my warranty has run out now so yet another for the bin very unhappy

Hi, I have been in contact with support since Thursday and yesterday they
said there was nothing they could do and said my watch was unrecoverable I
cannot believe an update app can cause so many problems for a lot of people
it seems they prefer you to buy again rather than give more help . My watch
was a replacement for another that was purchased Nov 17 so now the warranty
is null and this watch is less than a year old .

still waiting for support  to contact me , I know they have a lot of complaints to get through but the developers have caused a lot problems to thousands of people who cannot use the watches for what they were purchased for so it stands to reason they are not fit for purpose ...... my watch does not sync correctly it does not register my swims (have to put them in manually) my sleep is the same also I do not get any notifications which is very frustrating and upsetting .
