Versa Lite wont sync

My Versa lite just wont sync anymore. It was hit or miss most days on weather id get my notifications or not, but now its completely gone. my steps are all over the place, Ill get a notice saying 150 left to go this hour. not move and then be told ive completed it. No strides done. I have only purchased the watch in April and its been an utter disappointment. I have followed all instructions listed in the help to unpair the watch, delete the app. unsync the watch. 

 

Please!!!!! can some one help me

  2. As you can see by the screen shot the time is 12PM. the last sync is at 7:20 am. I have been in close contact with the phone to allow more frequent syncs. I cant get rid of this warning alert which arrived after the sync. 
  3. When I got into notifications all I can see if the error message "notification service not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker" I have repeatedly tried this.

If you are asking about a sync issue then removing a tracker from the Fitbit app is the worst thing a user can do. 

Without knowing what phone model I'll give the general. 

Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

 

When it comes to notifications then the tracker needs to be paired, by the fitbit app, to the phones Bluetooth. 

 

As for an in sync procedure I have no idea what is meant is this removing the tea jet from the I ones Bluetooth or from the Fitbit app?
