Versa not syncing

Had a Versa for a few days it is not syncing. I’ve gone through your troubleshooting advice and had to uninstall and re install the app then it synced. But now a day later back to not syncing! Help it’s very frustrating!

My is not syncing either, I have had my versa about 2 months, was syncing before but has stoped. It shows how many steps when I enter app, but says it hasn't synced in 4 days. Won't post in challenge and even though it tells me what steps for that day, does not save in dashboard. I have uninstalled and then reinstalled.  Still not working. Can anyone help?
