Had issues with Versa not syncing to my phone have tried rebooting versa, unpairing/pairing and deleting the device altogether, still having trouble syncing and when trying to access apps on watch it shows a red x

Samsung A5 which we have been using since purchased the versa, only had problems the last couple of weeks

I’ve had the same problem this morning. Tried updating app, turning Bluetooth and phone off and on. What finally worked for me was resetting the Versa watch. Instructions are here.

You might try turning off (and leaving off) the connection to any other bluetooth devices in the vicinity. Fingers crossed!

Can’t sync to my phone. Fitbit show yesterdays date and 23 hrs behind. I have deleted everything and trying to add a new device. It won’t sync. Keeps saying charge it. It is fully charged and in the cradle. Getting very frustrated as this is only 6 months old. I really wouldn’t recommend Fitbit to anyone. They are not helpful at all.
