Is the Versa recording your heart rate? Can younsee itnon the actual watch? If it not, then that explains the lack of sleep data and active minutes as these are both based on the heart rate. Ifbthere is no heart rate data on the watch, look at the back and see if the green light is flickering rapidly. Let us know and we will try to help you further.
