@Lanalawson Sorry to hear that. Has the problem appeared recently? How often does it happen? Also, what is your phone model and OS?

Hey guys! @Lanalawson and @kuhrisduh, welcome to the Community!
If you are having syncing inconveniences, as @Marrrmaduke asked, I'd like you to tell me what phone model are you using. Are they compatible devices? In the meantime, you can also try the troubleshooting in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Keep me posted!
Best AnswerMy Fit bit stopped syncing with my phone 2 weeks ago. Up until then , not a problem. I've tried all the tricks -uninstall/reinstall, hard reset etc and nothing is working. It will sync with everything else but my phone. I have the HTC u ultra. And both it and the fit bit are on the latest software.
Best Answer@Deathwishvixen Have you tried forgetting your versa from your phone's Bluetooth settings, followed by restarting both phone and Versa, and forcing the sync within the Fitbit mobile app?

Best Answer@Deathwishvixen I believe I just replied to your post in other thread. I have a suspicion it might be related to one of the recent Fitbit mobile updates. My advice would be to downgrade to the previous version (2.81) if it was working for you, or to version 2.74 (this build along with 2.81 seems to work best for me). Of course you will have to download android package file and sideload it.

Hey @Deathwishvixen, it is great to see you around more often! I appreciate you have taken the time to try some troubleshooting to make your Versa sync with your HTC U Ultra. Considering that your phone model isn't on the compatible devices list, I'm afraid that you might experience syncing issues even though you didn't experience them in the past. You can go ahead and try the tip that @Marrrmaduke posted above, however is not a guarantee that it'll work. In addition, I'd like you to take a look at all the troubleshooting in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Let me know how it goes!
Best AnswerIt has now randomly decided to sync. The only difference is that the screen broke and now syncs perfectly .

Best Answer@Deathwishvixen I'm really sorry to hear that. ☹️ I'm assuming the physical damage like that is not covered under warranty? ☹️ is the display still usable/functional? Perhaps a screen protector to secure it a bit? ☹️
Best AnswerI'm having this same issue and it's really starting to infuriate me. It hasn't synced since 19th November yet it's set to all day sync. I have rebooted it and the phone.
My battery life has also reduced. I'm finding I have to charge it more than I was

Best Answer@Deathwishvixen that's really a bummer. ☹️ Perhaps you could get one of these to help protect the screen a bit? I have one myself and they're quite good.
