My versa stopped syncing today.
I have done the following:
Restarted the versa
Turned blue tooth on and off
Uninstalled the versa and tried to reinstall - will find the watch but then says 'not working' and goes no further
Help!

I replied to another thread regarding this problem. I have an iPhone 7 and my Versa will not sync if there is an update to the iPhone that I have not installed. This has happened with the last 2 iPhone updates...one was yesterday. Do you have an iPhone with an uninstalled update?

@Alanedward @wtchambers Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply and to hear that your Versa isn't syncing. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? Try deleting all devices listed on the bluetooth area on your phone. Restart your phone and restart your Versa by doing the following:
1.- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- If your Fitbit watch doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.
After this try syncing them again.
