I am always having problems with Versa Fitbit not syncing with phone, not recording data correctly … paid nearly $300 for this, with no end of problems... not worth the money.

I am sorry to hear about the syncing issue you are experiencing with your Versa. I recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there. Also, if you haven't checked if your phone is compatible, click here to see this information.

I agree. I spent over $200.00 for my Versa. I cannot download music and now for the last two days it has not been able to sync after several weeks of having no problem. I have had Fitbits before and loved them. After this experience I will never buy another Fitbit product.

I am having the exact same issues and have called the help desk several times. This is crazy. How do you charge nearly $300 for a smart watch/fitness tracker and not deal with these issues? I've owned FitBits for years and this is the first time I've experienced a lack of response to customers. When is this getting fixed?
