I am unable to sync Versa with my honor pro 8 mobile. On 15th August I have downloaded Fitbit application on my mobile, since that day it is showing last sync date as 15th August,2018. Since then it is not synchronizing with my mobile. Only calorie burnt is shown erratically, differing with what is shown on the Versa. I am writing in this community since last two days, no resolution suggested yet.

beforehand, so that customers would not land up purchasing a costly but
useless toy.Suggest me, what will I do with it, where I can not have any
utility other than a using it as a wrist watch!
It's better if Fitbit makes the device compatible with latest mobile.

Hello again @debasis67
-Could you return it to the store you purchased it from
-You could gift it to someone you know that has a comparable device
-Sell it to a friend.

It's great to see you here @debasis67 and @ACG thanks for stopping by.
I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this. As mentioned, in order to have a successful connection between your watch and phone, it needs to be a compatible mobile device.
When a phone isn't compatible, it doesn't mean that it won't work with your Versa but you might experience some connectivity issues. You can always try the instructions provide in the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?, but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.
See you later.
