Versa not syncing

hi ..so my versa battery died and ever since then I can not sync.  i have switched my versa on and off even did a factory reset and it can not find it.  how does one go about with warranty?

@Brittanyjuric Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't syncing. Which device are you using to sync your Versa with? If it is a phone go to the bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone or computer and then restart your Versa. You can find more suggestions here. You can also check the warranty here.
