Versa not syncing

I change my iPhone for a Huawei, and now I can't sync my app, and the worst part is that I found out that everybody is having issues for a long time ago, and it seems that FitBit hasn't done anything about it!!! Smiley Frustrated this sucks, the tips they are giving don't solve the problem!

Is the phone one of the "lite" models? It seems that there is an issue with these caused by the way Huawei have implemented bluetooth and it's an issue fitbit will not be able to solve. That's why they are not on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices

Fitbit say:

"Due to Bluetooth issues that prevent Huawei Lite models, including P8 and P9 Lite, from syncing with some devices, like Fitbit devices, our products are not compatible with these mobile phones."

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue and would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Are you still having syncing problems?
