I just got a Versa for Christmas. I have had issues connecting it to my Samsung S7 from the start. My husband connected it to his phone and it updated the Versa software. We were able to connect it to mine after that but now it will not stay connected. My phone is up to date and my software version says it's Android 8.0.0
Any ideas what my issue might be?

Hi, @Lyssyloola! I would just be patient. I have an S7 and I have no problems, although sometimes it takes a few manual tries before it syncs.

My previous phone was an S7 and I always found it a bit flakey, but it did work. If your versa is still on your husband's phone's bluetooth list then remove it. The S7 works best as the only device the tracker is paired to. It also syncs best when there are no other competeing bluetooth devices around - so either turn them off or move them out of range.
