Hi,
I have had my versa for about 6 months. It has suddenly stopped syncing. I have restarted the fitbit itself, the phone and the app. Nothing seems to work. How can I fix this problem please? I'm really disappointed. I had a garmin before this that I changed because it literally fell apart (physically disintegrated) and I thought I was moving up an level by getting the Versa.
Any advice would be gratefully received.

One thing that has worked for me before is to go into the phone's bluetooth settings and "forget" the link to the fitbit.
