My versa wont sync. Ive tried all the suggested options to try and i cant get it to work
Ive tried.
Resetting bluetooth
Resetting versa
Reinstalling the app
Deleting the cache
Pairing to another device.
Nothing works.
Help please

Hi, yes ive tried that. Did a factory reset and now its just got a big red cross and says data not cleared sync and try again

I cant toggle the always connected option because i have unpaired my versa and cannot re-pair to any device. Have tried 3 different phonea now

Ooh the BIG RED CROSS. What I do is during that phase, set the phone and watch aside next to each other. Don't touch your phone or watch until the process finisihes. Works for me every time. Makes me think it doesn't like connection variations in the stream, so picking, pushing distorts the stream and cancels it with the Big cross appearing.

I've tried that, I only get as far as putting in the code generated by the versa to pair. Then it just times out. Says "Bluetooth issues" ive tried this with multiple devices now. Not too sure what to do next?

Yea I've been in contact with them, have explained the issue a couple of times now. I'm just getting the standard response with a link to resolve syncing issues. Kinda just want to return it now. It's only been 3 months since I bought it. Thanks for your help
