Just got a new versa yesterday. After several updates watch seem to be working fine however now I am unable to sync my watch to my phone. I keep receiving a message be if it bit app that the Bluetooth is unable to connect I have done what is been suggested and turn the Bluetooth off and back on and still get a message stating bluetooth issues. I have a Samsung galaxy 10+ phone.

Hi, part of your problem is that your phone is not supported by Fitbit as of yet on all the supported pages I know off. Either you wait for a while that you device is supported, which might take not so long as it's a popular device or use it in a what limited way (no installing apps or changing clock faces) using Fitbit Connect on your PC. See this article about syncing. Click the link and then on Trackers and Watches and choose Versa. After that scroll down to right underneath the first video, where it says Fitbit Connect.
