I have been unable to get my Versa to sync with phone and tablet app for 5 days. I have followed all the suggestions to force the sync multiple times with no luck. I've restarted both devices and Versa, unpaired and repaired, turned app off and on. What else do you do? Very frustrated.

Thanks so much for taking the time to troubleshoot the syncing difficulty you're experiencing with your Fitbit Versa. I understand that this can be very frustrating and I am glad to help you. As you mentioned you've tried already some steps, however I would like to confirm if you've tried the complete troubleshooting steps which could help resolve this?
