Versa not syncing

I've been on all the forums looking for a solution to my problem. My versa won't sync and I've tried everything I've come across. I've even ran the helpline and that was pointless. After over five years as an avid fitbit fan, this has finished me off. Help me please

Hi, your phone is in the list of by Fitbit supported devices. See this help article. Click the link and then click on Trackers to choose Versa.
