Versa not syncing

So after a no-problem installment of my Fitbit Versa and use for a few days, I keep having the problem that the device won't sync with the (android) app. My phone (motorola moto G) should be compatible and I've already tried everything on the help list to fix the problem. The WiFi won't connect either so maybe that has to do with the problem as well (I just get a loading screen)? 

 

I got it to connect for about 10 seconds ONCE, but nothing since... Please help!

In order to avoid providing the same information on my end, I would like to know what troubleshooting steps you have tried.

 

In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the ones that haven't been done yet.

Hi,

Accidentally, it's been fixed! After messing about with the bluetooth settings both on my Fitbit and my phone, it reconnected in a different way and since then I can sync the watch and my phone when I turn my bluetooth on!
