Hi, my Versa is not syncing with the app on my LG30 anymore. I've had my Fitbit about 3 months and some issues with not getting my notifications but could just sync it again. However, no it wont sync at all. I've tried all the troubleshooting solutions in the help section (uninstalling, factory resetting, trying to connect on another device, etc) but nothing has worked. Now it just stays on the blue pixel image telling me to install the app.

Having factory reset the watch you'll need to go through the setup process again in order to reconnect it to your account. It won't do anything but show the setup message until this is complete. Go into the account section of the app and select "set up a device" to start the setup again.
If the factory reset didn't fix the connection issue you were having then things could get a bit tricky. The usual things to try when you get connection issues are:
