Versa not syncing

My Versa has been acting crazy on me and I don't know why. I have to go through this long process of syncing my watch by either soft reset or factory reset just so it can go days without syncing back to my phone again. Can anyone help?

Hi @Garyfloyd  and welcome!

 

What model phone are you using?  Some are not supported by Fitbit, but it doesn't mean that they won't work.

 

Are there any other Fitbits or Bluetooths around that could be causing interference?  If so, they need to be either moved or switched off in order for your Versa to sync.

Hello, and thank you

I have a galaxy s10 plus. The watch itself is working fine, but is my
phone the problem?

I have no other Fitbit devices nearby and all other bluetooth devices are
turned off. On some occasion I pick up other people's bluetooth signals
when I try and sync to my own devices. Is that also a problem?
