For the last couple of days the app wouldn't recognise my versa so wouldn't sync. I've tried all the usual stuff, restarting my versa, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, turned bluetooth off and on again etc... I've even tried unpairing my versa from the app and now I can't pair it again. Help!

Hi @bjw76 Syncing problems are sooo annoying! What phone are you using? Have a look at THIS Help Article on syncing problems and try all the troubleshoots you havent yet tried.

I am having the exact same issues and have taken all the steps you have to no avail. So not happy. I am in a walking challenge at work and had to completely change the way I communicated with them. Such a pain

t got off the phone with Fitbit and we tried everything, including factory reset. They are sending me a new watch. In the meantime, no steps!!!!

How frustrating! This isn't the first issue I've had since getting the Versa. Thinking of trying a different brand altogether if I can't get those fixed soon 😞

I called the company and we tried everything. I will receive a new versa tomorrow.

Two days I have had this watch and bang it goes not syncing. The part that really really annoys me is that my Surge was doing the same thing over and over again. Surely I cannot have another watch that is doing the same thing. Yes I can. Hopefully when Google takes over this company they will be able to fix this issue because sure as hell no-one working for Fitbit seems competent enough to do it. Just out of interest sake I have done all that everyone has suggested and as per nothing seems to work. AGGGGGHHHHH it has now been trying to sync for 20 minutes and no go. Turn it off Chris and walk away.

am having the same problem now for two days in a row. Maybe it is time for me to switch from Fitbit!!!!
