Versa not syncing

After the last update a couple of days ago, all I seem to get is problems. Not syncing, notifications not working. Every day starts with restarting, reinstalling, rethis and rethat, basically starting from the beginning, it even starts working and then it all stops again. Why???? It's not a cheap toy, so why won't it work?!? I am beyond annoyed now. What do I have to do to not only make it work, but keep it working???

Hi @Kriket, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa stopped syncing your data and stopped receiving notifications. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
