Have had a fitbit versa for just over one year and now it will not sync. I have tried all the suggested remedies including uninstalling the app and reinstalling, removing the device and re installing the device but nothing is working. It will not pick up wifi even when i am sat in front of the router with full battery etc.
Please advise.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

I understand that there is a problem with the Versa syncing with the latest iPhone IOS update 13.6.1.
From what I have been told Fitbit is working with Apple to correct the non-syncing issue.

Thankyou for your advice on trying to fix my Fitbit but I have already carried out the measures you suggest. My versa is still not being picked up by the app and therefore not syncing. It therefore is now not keeping time and I cannot use it at all. Please advise on how I can get it fixed or get a replacement.
