Versa not syncing

Since the last update my versa isn’t syncing. I have reset my phone and Fitbit multiple times. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times, and nothing happens. It works on the Fitbit but the app isn’t working. It says can’t find the versa, Bluetooth not connecting. Bluetooth works for other things. What can I do?! Is anyone else experiencing this problem?! I am having the same problem. Followed instructions on the forum, even deleted the fitbit app and reinstalled it to no avail. The time is wrong on my fitbit as well and it refuses to sync. Now I removed the versa from the app hoping I could reconnect it and the app will not find the versa. the versa is right next to my phone and nothing. I am frustrated. Hope we can get some help on this.

I see there was an update. I updated and it still doesn’t work. I uninstalled and reinstalled but still it says can’t find my Fitbit to sync it. So frustrating!!!!!!!!! I’m definitely saving up and changing to another brand. It’s sad I love my Fitbit but too many issues with bands breaking and now this.

Did you try going into the Fitbit app and unpairing in your profile settings and even forgetting it in your phone Bluetooth settings? I recommend making your phone and app try to completely erase any memory of it and starting again from scratch. Helped me fix a similar but different sync issue.

I am having the same issue and am VERY FRUSTRATED!! I have gotten 3 emails to try to help and each one repeats itself! I feel like I am owed a new fitbit!!

Yes same problem here! Started on Thursday and my iPhone hasn’t installed the update yet. Ran the update - same problem!! Deleted Bluetooth, turned phone off, reconnected Bluetooth, still no synch. Next step was going to delete the device from app, but now I’m afraid to seeing several can’t reconnect.

 

im getting so frustrated with Fitbit! This happened months ago and they made it seem isolated each time I called, only to find a thread with tons having the same issue. It’s constant issues lately! 

soooo I’m thinking about updating my tracker and honestly with all the issues I’m ready to jump ship and get an Apple Watch. I’m so over all the Fitbit issues. I was excited for the new Fitbit’s but what’s the point

Yeah it’s a pity they have so many issues. It’s like they don’t care and hope we just upgrade to a new one. I just wish they sort out the issues with them or they’ll lose so many customers.

I am having the same problem tried reconnecting my versa today after few days.

App is not finding the device even when Bluetooth is enabled in phone.

Trued factory reset for versa and forgetting the devoce grom Bluetooth still the issue persist as I can't even set-up the versa now..

Seriously a big big disappointment of how the device support is not working and issue not getting resolved.

The device is more like a dummy peace now and it feels not worthy to spend money on the device going by the current situation I won't continue with the device and fitbit brand.

Even the device is in warranty period still no support for this.

Please attend the situation on priority now.

Same here.  And the only way to contact customer support directly is by creating a Twitter account? Bull**ahem**. It's so frustrating.  The whole reason I bought the versa 2 a couple months ago is because my charge 2 stopped syncing entirely and there was no support for that.  Here we go again.
