Again, following update my Versa started having problem syncing. Now since yesterday it won't sync at all. I tried all the different steps trying to fix it with mo luck. ( I had numerous syncing problems with Fitbit products so familiar with the 'fixes')
It seems there no bluetooth connection with versa

No real success. I managed to have the Versa sync by restarting it, closing app, restarting the phone & having the versa plugged in. But it is a pain and still sync randomly not every time I want to sync.
I had the same problem in the past, support was unable to provide a solution but my versa was under warranty at the time & they send a replacement.

Update: Still not syncing, not keeping time etc..... Support was unable to suggest a fix. Versa is for the bin. Despite being out of warranty they kindly offered to send a refurbished one once they received back mine at my own risk & cost. I decided to cut my losses with Fitbit ( I already have moved to another more reliable brand for exercise). I like the versa as daily watch & for automatic of the calculation of overnight RHR. But it is not worth investing for a newer model
