Why whenever I do a run or bootcamp with Peloton I get no active minutes? My heart is high the whole time (150 range) and I start a manual workout, plus Peloton sends the workout to Fitbit. I follow the same process when doing a ride on the Peloton and it always registers every minute of the ride as active minutes. It’s very frustrating!!

@NMagee Do you start both run and ride exercises on your Versa? Which data does Peloton upload to Fitbit (calories, distance, etc.)? It seems to me there's a conflict for certain type of exercises. Normally if you have a workout recorded by Versa and another workout added manually (or perhaps uploaded by 3rd party app/service), the stats (except HR) recorded by Versa get overridden. My suggestion would be to start your exercises manually on Versa without Peloton upload. I guess you would have to temporarily unlink Peloton from your Fitbit.

For either the run/bootcamp or bike I always use the ‘workout’ exercise option on the Versa, not the specifuc run or bike settings. I wear a HR monitor in addition to the Versa too. The only other thing I can think of is that I do the rides on the real Peloton bike, while the other workouts are done via their app while I wait for my Tread. I’ll try not sending, or just deleting the workout from Peloton and see if that changes the workout from Versa. It’s such a silly thing, I know I put in the effort, but I want to see all my activity in the Fitbit app.

@NMagee Completely understandable. You put the effort and you want to see it! 😊 I think this indeed might be a conflict between their app and the Fitbit platform. Try unlinking both accounts and see how it goes.
