Versa not tracking calories properly

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The past couple of days my versa has not been tracking the calories properly. On a rest day I usually burn around 2200 calories a day but my versa is showing around 800 calories. I've tried the factory reset several times and uninstalled the app. Reinstalled it but still nothing. I'm really confused and don't know what else to do to fix the problem. This has only just started happening. Any advice please

Check that your weight hasn't accidentally gotten set way too low.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thank you for your reply. I have checked the weight which is 176lb, I've put in my fat percentage 41.1 and when it says goal weight I put 160lb but says its invalid weight. I then put in 16lb to lose and it alters my current weight to something ridiculous... Help

For the moment forgetting about goal weight and pounds to lose.

I'm confused about what Fitbit thinks your weight is.  First you say you checked it and it is right; but then you say fitbit altered it to something ridiculous.

Your current weight, according to Fitbit, is a big factor in calories burned.  If it says you weigh a lot less than you actually do, then that makes it calculate a lower calorie burn.

I have checked my settings again and it seems to have reset itself to my current weight. I think the goal weight means how many lbs I want to lose. Fingers crossed I think it is now right. Thank you so much for your help
