Hi @kaceylayne24, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting. First, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your device are still flashing? Also, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such information was really helpful for other users that were experiencing the same uncommon behavior.
Looking forward to your reply, let me know if you have any additional questions.

Hi, I'm having the same issue. I charged my Versa overnight and my heart rate did not show up this morning after wearing it. The green light is not flashing either. I have restarted, shut down, and reset to factory settings. Still no flashing light and no heart rate. How do I fix this?

Sorry tried to respond by email, but I'm not sure it worked. So the versa has had the heart rate monitor stop at least once each day. The lights will not flash. I think manually logging exercise is causing it to stop. I turn off and back on to reset it and it turns back on. It also has not been able to give me sleep cycle details for at least 4 days.

This is continuing to happen multiple times a day. It only started after I last updated my versa. What else can I do to fix the problem?

This issue is continuing to happen. Heart rate shows, but is frozen. I have to restart. It has acted funny since the last software update. What else can I try?
