Versa not tracking heart rate data

My Versa’s heart rate monitor was “stuck” on one number. Restarted it multiple times and now it’s not tracing heart rate at all.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your device are still flashing? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Mine is doing the same thing but it's literally just showing a flat line and it's not even blinking at all in the back.

I've reset it multiple times and now I did a factor reset and it is still not working

No, I do not see the flashing light on the back. Also the article above didn’t really help me because I am not exercising and I still have this problem. I clean it pretty regularly too.
