My Versa’s heart rate monitor was “stuck” on one number. Restarted it multiple times and now it’s not tracing heart rate at all.

Mine is doing the same thing but it's literally just showing a flat line and it's not even blinking at all in the back.
I've reset it multiple times and now I did a factor reset and it is still not working

No, I do not see the flashing light on the back. Also the article above didn’t really help me because I am not exercising and I still have this problem. I clean it pretty regularly too.
