I've only had my versa 2 for a few months and everything has been fine until a few days ago when I found it wouldn't charge. It seems to connect to the charger then stops charging a few seconds later. I've tried switching it off and on again, I've changed the plug and changed the socket I'm charging from but nothing seems to work.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
