Versa not tracking heart rate or sleep

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have rebooted and factory reset multiple times. The light on the heartrate monitor won't turn on at all. And I'm not getting a heart rate reading or sleep tracking..... I've allowed the battery to die all the way in hopes that it will work again once recharged. Nothing is working. My husband bought it in November 2019 for my Christmas present. It's not even a year old I am so upset

Hi @Rybug-23, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not tracking your heart rate and sleep. I totally understand how you feel about this. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your watch for the next 48 hours and see if it tracks your heart rate and sleep properly.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

I have done all of this prior to posting. It's been over a week since it started. And still not working.

I have the same exact problem.  I have also tried everything listed in the help article, several times.  I have turned it off and on, turned heart rate off and on, synced it at various times during the process, and done a factory reset.  Nothing has helped and the green light on the back has yet to start working again.

Separately, i think it's a little ridiculous that the only way to get help is either through the community or through Twitter (which i do not have!)...
