Over the last couple of months my Fitbit versa has not always been tracking my runs despite its GPS connecting at the start of the run. any ideas why it could be doing this?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Is this occurring with Run exercise only or other activities are also being affected? The activity is recorded with your Versa but at the moment you sync your device, such data isn't in your account? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device.
