Versa not tracking sleep.

Just got the Versa. Does not automatically track sleep. Had a charge and the auto sleep popped up the next morning. Switch to Versa and there is no sleep information at all. I’ve tried all the canned Fitbit suggestions. Any help to get this thing working would be great. If not I’m taking it back and switching to something else.

Thank you for the response. Here are the steps I have taken.

1.  Disconnected the device from both the app and in Bluetooth devices. Re added the device and went through setup.

2.  Did the same and restarted the device multiple times.

3.  Disconnected all Bluetooth connections and deleted them. Then re added the device and went through the setup again.

4.  Deleted the app and device and reinstalled.

5.  Returned my device and got a new one.

6.  Added a sleep log manually.

At no point have I received any sleep information automatically. Every day there is no sleep information in the app. I’ve never had this problem with the charge hr and now I don’t get any info.
