2 weeks now my Versa stopped tracking sleep and heart rate. Tried restarting, factory reset nothing. I even uninstalled and re-installed the app still nothing. Everything else seems to be working though.
Exact same thing is happening to me. It started working again last night after turning it off & back in & uninstalling & reinstalling the app, but quit again overnight.
My versa stopped tracking HR and steps then re-started tracking steps after resetting it. Then it died about 4 hrs after being fully charged. This morning, I had to manually reset it to get to track steps but still no heart rate. Now, it has a red light glowing on back and keeps resetting itself. I tried to update the app to check for firmware updates but it says all is up to date. I just shut down the device as recommended on the fitbit website but the red light is still glowing. Anybody have ideas of how to get it back to normal?
